It’s natural for the clients to wonder how they can achieve their above mentioned “goals”. This begins with a fitness assessment to evaluate the individual’s existing fitness levels. Once that is done a personalised program is designed in order to produce optimal results for that particular individual. The aim of every week’s program is to stress every energy system, train every muscle fibre type and work through different planes of movement. A session by session log is maintained to ensure both the trainer and individual stick to their path. We also give you insights as to what kind of lifestyle will provide ACCELERATE results. In short, we aim at providing a holistic approach to improving the life of an individual.
Injury is an integral part of everyone’s life. We at ACCELERATE strive to make sure every individual is injury-free. This is ensured by giving emphasis on rudimentary aspects of training such as stretching, mobility and stability. But sometimes injuries creep in due to other factors. But DON’T WORRY! We are trained at treating injuries as well. Fundamentally, we use a technique named NeuroKinetic Therapy. NKT is an application of Motor control therapy, neuroscience and functional anatomy(Neurobiomechanics) that helps unravel the cause of dysfunctional movement patterns in the brain’s Motor Control Centre. NKT works on 4 points. It assesses, tests, addresses and reprograms faulty movement patterns. NKT has proved to be extremely effective in treating injuries and reducing pain drastically. We have certified NKT trainers who can produce excellent results in an extremely short period of time.
